Terms and conditions for Party and Event Reservations
- Full payment is required to confirm each reservation.
- A minimum of 7 business days' notice for all bookings is required.
- JelloLand reserve the right to cancel reservations.
- 72hrs notice is required for any kinds(emergency or non-emergency) of cancellations refund and/or reschedule refund.
- JelloLand remains the right to deny entry of any client that has any noticeable Covid like symptoms( temperatures higher than 38 Celsius or excessive coughing).
- Health passport and ID are mandatory for Adults over the age of 19*
