Food (except nuts) & drink or catering service is ONLY allowed during party booking. No alcohol is allowed.
All food and beverages are not allowed in the playground because we strive to maintain a clean and safe environment for kids to play.

Jelloland is an unsupervised indoor playground, childminding program is not something we currently offer. A parent/guardian must accompany his/her child at all times.
Yes! Jelloland is wheelchair and stroller accessible and we have a large open area available for stroller parking.
We encourage comfortable play wears for the kids. Please note that socks wearing is required for everyone in the playground area. If you don’t have socks, new socks are available for purchase at our reception desk.
